We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, and we’re committed to making the process easy and transparent.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
• Include clear photos of the issue.
• We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Depending on your payment method, processing may take 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another color or design, we’ll be happy to assist if stock is available.
