START A RETURN

We want every Spark Maison piece to feel intentional and right for your home.

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and simple return process.

Please note:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• For safety reasons, candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
• Custom or limited-edition items are final sale unless damaged on arrival.

To begin your return:

1. Send us a message with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
3. You will receive clear instructions on pickup or exchange.
